At AG LEGO Certified Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your unworn items or unopened sets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to generate a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
